THE-PATH-OF-LEAST-RESISTANCE

You know many of us grow up focusing on the things we lack (we’re not a fast-enough runner, smart enough to get the straight A’s required to get into a good University, or attractive enough to date the person we like). What we don’t realise is that this pattern of thinking can quickly become a belief that becomes engrained in our subconscious.

And then thoughts of “I’m not worthy of what I truly want”

But that couldn’t be further from the truth,

Your worthiness was never hinged on some trivial quality like your running speed, grade point average or someone else’s opinion…

Because one thing I can share with you is I was never bright at school and I was always in the bottom of most classes however I had in me a drive, a positive mindset and a passion to do well in all areas of my life, which did get me the jobs I always wanted and landed which did get me my handsome husband I’ve been married with for 22 years and now the business I’m run as an entrepreneur.

You’ve just got to find what energises you naturally and trust this because that’s where your passion and drive will give you the strength to keep going without anything standing in your way. THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE!

And as you work to accept it, you’re also laying the foundation to finally receive the love and support the Universe is waiting to shower you with as well.

Once you’re able to recognise and embrace your divine, natural worthiness, your relationship with the Universe will grow and you’ll begin to notice immense blessings from the Universe.

Here are two quick practices you can do now to start the shift:

Cultivating Worthiness, Gratitude, and Passion
—Part One

I channeled this daily practice to help cultivate worthiness, gratitude, and passion as essential aspects of my soul’s expansion. Whether you write in a journal or on a computer, or you recite aloud while in traffic, simply answer the following three questions:

    • What are three to five things you are grateful for? If nothing arises, what are three to five things you wish you felt grateful for?

 

    • No matter how big or small, what are three to five things you have done right today? If nothing arises, what are three to five things you wish you could acknowledge yourself for doing right?

 

  • What are three to five things you would love to manifest into your reality? If nothing arises, what are three to five things you would love to manifest for others or even humanity?


As always, feel free to do as little or as much of this practice, however it resonates with you.

Cultivating Worthiness, Gratitude, and Passion
—Part Two

A daily practice of cultivating worthiness, gratitude, and passion can also be applied as a meditation. Whether during walks in nature, when stuck in traffic, or while sitting quietly, fill in the blank in each statement below, then offer a slow mindful inhale and exhale before advancing to the next one. Once you’ve completed all three statements, repeat the process for 5–15 minutes:

I am grateful for ____________________.

    • (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

    • I am proud of myself today because I ____________________.
      (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

  • I am so excited to manifest ____________________.
    (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

Even if you’re feeling stuck or not genuinely able to complete the following statements, this meditative practice can be adjusted to serve the authenticity of your personal needs:

    • I wish I were grateful for ____________________.
      (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

    • I want to be proud of myself for ____________________.
      (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

  • I wish to manifest the worthiness to ____________________.
    (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

The third option for this meditative practice can be applied whether you’re absolutely content in your personal life or so shut down that praying for the well-being of others assists you in finding the proper amount of space to relax and open back up:

    • May all hearts be grateful for ____________________.
      (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

    • May all beings be proud of themselves for __________________.
      (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

 

  • May the world manifest for the well-being of all ____________________.
    (Take one slow inhale and exhale.)

This step-by-step process will activate and amplify the power of your consciousness, vibrationally and energetically attracting the things you’re wanting.
